College classes and Examination Guidelines by Higher and Maharashtra Technical Education Minister Uday Samant

Higher and Technical Minister of Maharashtra Shri Uday Samant had chaired a meeting on 4th Jan 2022 and some important decisions have been made and that decisions are been declared today by Minister Samant.

Some of the decisions made are:

1. All the higher and technical educational institutes across Maharashtra has been closed till 15 feb 2022 and classes to be conducted in online mode only.
2. All examinations related to non agriculture , technical and autonomous instrutions are to be conducted in online mode only
3. If some students having issues related to electricity , health or internet then governmend informed the universities to take their consideration and try that all students can attempt the examination
4. Students studying in Universities such as Jalgaon University and Nanded University are having some issues related to the internet then Vice chancellors of that universities to discuss with related district collector and conduct the offline exams accordingly
5. Other Universities have decided to conduct all the examination in Online mode until 15 Feb
6. Every university should establish a helpline to the students at college level for grievances of students related to examination and other issues
7. Universities should update the exam syllabus , model question papers at their website and should resolve the student queries
8. Hostels across Maharashtra should be closed by informing and giving some time to students to vacate the location
9. If student's vaccination is still pending then colleges should inform the particular report to the district collector and should setup the camps for the vaccination of the students
10. All teaching and non teaching staff should complete the vaccination as soon as possible
11. 50 % of capacity should be there in colleges , universities and higher technical education staff

All this decisions are applicable till 15 Feb 2022.
